Happy 3 Months Toby: Sleep, Talking, Silly Faces, Nightly Routine & Back to Work.

We have now had our Little Mitchell Man for 3 months. Time hasn't started to fly by yet for me, it feels just right. He's learning and doing so many new things but is still so cute and cuddly. I have a feeling that things will begin to pick up as I go back to work this week. It's going to be a fun and busy season - work will be very busy but it will be so fun to see the holidays through a child's eyes. This month has been an eventful one with lots of new learning, trips out and spending time with family. Dustin and I have been finding new ways to spend meaningful time together, especially around our firepit after Toby goes to sleep. There's nothing better than talking around a fire on a cool night. We are so happy to have Toby in our lives. His favorite toy - the dino! So Toby is now "talking" all the time - such a chatty baby! He also has started to roll around but hasn't rolled over yet. Baby Stuff Months 0-3 - Research Everything

We are now at 10 weeks with LMM and are really hitting our stride! Last night he even slept "through the night" (which is defined by most docs as at least 5 hours. . . we got 6!) - just by changing his diapers to "overnight" diapers. I'm really enjoying trying new things with him to see how long we can get him to sleep through the night. And I really need him to sleep well because I go back to work in just 10 days! This should be interesting. I'm choosing to be hopeful. We also had to get childcare set up for him, as Dustin's mom is having some issues with her shoulder. That was a major scramble BUT it all worked out. God definitely provided. Most websites say you need to start looking for childcare 6 months before you need it. . . .well, we got ours set up in 1 day. Such a relief!
